To maintain regular contact with EPA and other regulatory bodies as may become necessary.  Also, to develop a preferred position of ACLCA to onerous contractual terms (for example, through risk transfer, warranty and indemnity clauses) that can unreasonably transfer liability to consultants for actions of others and beyond statutory or common law obligations.
